To make your booking and collection as smooth as possible, all customers hiring a bike will need to provide a valid Photo ID and complete a waiver form agreeing to our Terms & Conditions — we recommend taking a moment to read these fully before signing.

A Refundable Security Deposit will also be taken when you collect your bike(s) and will be promptly released once they are returned in good condition.
